Stress free assembly process: The tooth forming process of the shovel is cold cutting, with no high-temperature thermal deformation. 3. Surface optimization process: improve durability and heat dissipation efficiency


Hard anodizing process: The aluminum alloy shovel tooth heat sink is treated with hard anodizing, which increases its corrosion resistance and wear resistance by 6 times. At the same time, the oxide film is a porous structure, which can increase the contact area between air and fins, strengthen convective heat dissipation, and improve heat dissipation efficiency by more than 12%.


Passivation/nickel plating process: The copper shovel tooth heat sink is passivated to remove the surface oxide layer and form a dense protective film, avoiding the decrease in thermal conductivity caused by copper oxidation and blackening; The high-end scene adopts nickel plating technology, which has stronger resistance to salt spray and moisture. It can pass salt spray testing and is suitable for outdoor and high humidity environments.


Sandblasting/wire drawing process: By sandblasting/wire drawing the surface of the heat sink, the surface roughness is increased, further expanding the heat transfer area. At the same time, customized matte, wire drawing and other appearance effects can be achieved, balancing practicality and aesthetics, suitable for scenarios with appearance requirements such as consumer electronics and high-end equipment.
