1. Copper tube forming process: laying the foundation for efficient thermal conductivity


Adopting the integrated process of CNC turning, precision drawing, and precise bending to ensure heat dissipation and conduction efficiency from the root: Through CNC turning technology, high-purity copper materials are processed into customized copper pipes, with precise control of inner diameter tolerances to ensure unobstructed heat conduction paths and avoid thermal conductivity efficiency losses caused by dimensional deviations; For complex pipeline layouts such as serpentine tubes and U-shaped tubes, CNC bending machines are used in conjunction with specialized molds to achieve precise molding, ensuring no problems such as cracking, indentation, or pipeline blockage. This not only ensures structural integrity but also adapts to the installation space requirements of different equipment, allowing the heat dissipation pipeline to fit the heat source layout and shorten the thermal conductivity distance. ​


2. Surface optimization process: Balancing heat dissipation efficiency and durability


Adopting a composite process of degreasing acid pickling passivation+anodizing/electrophoretic coating, the dual goals of "efficient heat dissipation+long-term durability" are achieved: the surface of the copper tube is treated in three steps of degreasing, acid pickling, and passivation to completely remove the oxide layer, oil stains, and impurities generated during the processing, so that the cleanliness of the copper tube surface meets the industry's first-class standards, and the thermal conductivity efficiency is improved by more than 10%; Aluminum alloy fins can be further combined with anodizing or electrophoretic coating processes, which not only enhance their corrosion and oxidation resistance, adapt to complex environments such as humidity and dust, but also customize colors according to customer needs, balancing practicality and appearance texture. At the same time, the coating thickness is strictly controlled to not affect heat dissipation efficiency. ​


3. Full process precision control technology: ensuring batch consistency and stability


Establish a precision control system for multi device linkage detection and constant temperature and humidity processing to ensure that every product meets high-end standards. The entire processing process relies on precision equipment such as coordinate measuring instruments, thermal resistance testers, roundness testers, etc., to fully inspect the size of copper pipes, fin spacing, assembly fit, and heat dissipation performance. The finished product's verticality and parallelism errors are reduced, and the fluctuation of heat dissipation efficiency does not exceed ± 5%.
