1. Vacuum sintering process for heat pipes


The heat pipe is vacuum sintered into a capillary structure, combined with a high thermal conductivity working fluid, to achieve lossless and ultra fast heat conduction, with a thermal conductivity efficiency far exceeding that of pure metals. It can instantly absorb the concentrated heat source of the equipment and quickly transfer it to the heat dissipation end.


Adaptation purpose: For equipment with concentrated core heat sources such as new energy electronic control, high-power semiconductors, photovoltaic inverters, etc., it can quickly dissipate local high temperatures, avoid component damage due to overheating, and ensure stable operation of equipment core components.


2. Customized heat pipe layout process


According to the distribution of heat sources and installation dimensions of the equipment, the number, layout, and bending angle of heat pipes can be customized to achieve point-to-point precise heat dissipation and solve the problem of heat dissipation blind spots in multi heat sources and irregular equipment.

4. Surface protection treatment process


The surface of the heat pipe is nickel plated for rust prevention, and the heat dissipation fins are treated with powder coating. The product is cleaned as a whole to enhance its anti-oxidation, anti dust, and anti slight corrosion properties, reduce the impact of dust and scaling on heat dissipation efficiency, and improve weather resistance.
