Our CNC machined aluminum alloy enclosure is meticulously engineered as a premium housing solution for high-end power supply equipment, including industrial-grade inverters, precision power converters, and high-voltage power modules. 

The CNC machining process enables the creation of complex internal cavities, precise mounting slots, threaded holes, and cable routing channels with ultra-tight tolerances down to ±0.001mm. This level of precision ensures seamless integration with internal power components, eliminating assembly gaps that could compromise heat dissipation or electromagnetic shielding performance. 

To further elevate its performance and durability, the enclosure undergoes a professional black anodized surface treatment. This treatment forms a dense, hard oxide layer on the aluminum alloy surface, significantly boosting corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance—critical for adapting to harsh operating environments such as industrial workshops, data centers, and outdoor power stations with temperature fluctuations ranging from -40℃ to 125℃.
