Our company has 70 CNC machining equipment with a large production capacity. The product has a wide range of applications and we also support various surface treatments.


Our CNC machined aluminum alloy enclosure is meticulously engineered as a premium housing solution for high-end power supply equipment, including industrial-grade inverters, precision power converters, and high-voltage power modules. 

6061/6063 aviation grade aluminum alloy is selected, which has the advantages of ultra-high thermal conductivity, lightweight, oxidation resistance, and high structural strength. Its low density can significantly reduce the overall weight of the equipment. The surface is easy to be anodized/sandblasted to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for lightweight and highly adaptable working conditions.

The CNC machining process enables the creation of complex internal cavities, precise mounting slots, threaded holes, and cable routing channels with ultra-tight tolerances down to ±0.001mm. This level of precision ensures seamless integration with internal power components, eliminating assembly gaps that could compromise heat dissipation or electromagnetic shielding performance. 

To further elevate its performance and durability, the enclosure undergoes a professional black anodized surface treatment. This treatment forms a dense, hard oxide layer on the aluminum alloy surface, significantly boosting corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance—critical for adapting to harsh operating environments such as industrial workshops, data centers, and outdoor power stations with temperature fluctuations ranging from -40℃ to 125℃. 

Designed with a compact and modular structure, our CNC machined aluminum alloy enclosure offers flexible customization options, including tailored cavity sizes, mounting hole configurations, and interface cutouts to match diverse high-end power supply equipment specifications.
